Welcome and thank you for considering me. Wether we’re in an up or down market there are key items that a great agent will use to make sure a successful sale under the best terms is acquired. While everyones needs are different, it’s important to make sure our communication and understanding of the process is aligned to get your desired outcome. One seller may be looking for highest price, where another is looking quickest close, or a seller that would like a delayed possession for their transaction. Though it’s possible and we do see that magical one size fits all offer, we often have to look at the overall picture and move forward with best option for each seller’s needs. Transactions have a lot of moving parts both in and out of our control, so I’m particular in bringing on new clients that I’m confident can and will work with me in a timely manner to make sure expectations and important deadlines are met in the face challenges that are associated with nature of real estate.

I live by what I call my 3 R’s, REVIEWS, REFERRALS and most important a lasting RELATIONSHIP. You might think of this as a strange approach, but in the online/digital world we live in, it’s a necessity for any successful business. While I still prefer the old school values of sitting across a table, look people in the eye and exchange a handshake and our word to each other to do the best we can in each unique situation. The 3 R’s also keeps me accountable to all parties involved to insure everyone gets my best. I can’t really ask for these 3 items if I’m doing a half-ass job.
